Salt Creek, Badwater & Devil's Golf Course

Salt Creek. Halophytes include salt grass (Distichlis spicata) & iodine bush (Allenrolfea occidentalis).

Badwater, 282 feet (86 m) below sea level. The Panamint Range is reflected in the shallow saltwater pond. The extreme halophyte in foreground is iodine bush (Allenrolfea occidentalis).
